Vinyasa Yoga Level 2-3

This is a strong, flowing, heat building class in which students are challenged more deeply on both a physical and psychological level. While more physically advanced yoga postures (asanas) are introduced to the practice using the Vinyasa Krama approach, a deeper understanding and involvement on every level in the basic asanas is cultivated and encouraged.

This class is suitable only for students with a minimum of two years regular yoga practice depending on stamina and fitness levels and is definitely NOT for beginners!
