Please Note – 

  1.  Booking is advisable with the relevant instructors all year round. 
  2. It is essential to text to book classes during the months of July & August in case of any changes to class schedule. Classes during July and August run on a  text first, pay as you go basis at a drop in rate of €12 per class. A minimum number of pre-bookings are required to run each class and often the evening classes can be very busy –  so do text to book with as much notice as possible!
  3. We reserve the right on rare occasions to call in a qualified substitute teacher to cover a class without notice to students. Unless a class is cancelled – classes taken by stand in teachers will count as part of prepaid blocks.
  4. Refunds for prepaid blocks of classes will not be given once the block has commenced.

  • Weekend Vinyasa Yoga with Liz Richards
    10.00am-11.30am –  All levels welcome.
    (Drop in basis only – please text Liz on 086 8963425 by 8.45am each Saturday if you are intending to come to this class – please note that occasionally this class may run at the slightly later time of 11.30am if workshops/training with visiting teachers is taking place and teachers may vary from week to week. )
  • Yoga for Kids & Pre-Teens with physical disabilities.
    12.00pm – 12.45pm (These specialised classes cater primarily for children with Cerebral Palsy). Booking is essential. Please contact us if you feel your child would benefit from these classes.  All enquiries to either Liz Richards 086 8963425 or Louise Curran 087 6032202.
  • Private Yoga Classes with Liz Richards
    11.45 am – 1.00 pm.  Booking essential- 086 8963425.
  • Yoga for kids (Ages 4 – 7) with Maxine Bonus
    1.15pm – 2.00pm  (Bookings on 086 8052486)
