Liz Richards is the founder of The Ananta Yoga Studios and a Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor with over 850 training hours behind her. She has been teaching Yoga full time since 2008.
She teaches Classical Yoga using the Vinyasa system for all levels from Beginners – Advanced students and her teaching is firmly rooted in the teachings and lineage of Krishnamacharya. She also runs the popular Yoga For Runners & Athletes classes and specialises in One to One Private Yoga classes with students who are recovering from accident, illness or injury or who are returning to yoga after a break……….

David Curtis (500RYT) of Vinyasa Yoga Dublin leads the 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training Programme at The Ananta Yoga Studios, Wicklow, Ireland and runs regular weekly classes and weekend workshops at the studios.
David has been leading Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Courses since 2006 throughout Ireland and brings a wealth of many years personal training, practice and teaching experience to his trainings. His courses are well structured and professionally run and have earned him a reputation of excellence in Yoga Teacher Training in Ireland………

Siobhan started practising yoga in1999. Through the practice of yoga she found something that could keep her grounded and was tool to help alleviate stress.
At that time, Siobhan had a very busy practice in Aromatherapy, Massage, Diet & Nutrition and Reiki healing. While she could see the many powerful benefits of all these therapies – in yoga, she saw a way to teach people to help themselves…
Siobhan completed a two year teacher training course with Yoga Therapy Ireland and went on to do a further one year post graduate course……..

Ruth came to yoga in 1998. Its immediate impact was profound & quickly led to a sincere and dedicated practice. She studied in the Iyengar tradition for over 10 years and is a qualified Iyengar teacher. Between 2005 and 2010 she travelled annually to her Iyengar teachers, Rajiv and Swati Chanchani at the beautiful foothills of the Himalayas, spending extended periods of study, exploration and immersion in all aspects of the subject there. She assisted Rajiv in the medical and local classes and has also studied at the Iyengar Institute in Pune, India…….

Yasmina Lenahan is a qualified Massage therapist, certified in Anatomy and Physiology, Swedish Massage, Organic Facial. She also teaches Baby massage (C.I.M.I). Whilst working in the corporate world, Complementary therapies helped her deal with work related stress.
Her interest shifted from the corporate work to Massage Therapy and Yasmina went on to set up as a practitioner in 2004. She has never looked back and believes that a balanced lifestyle can be achieved by taking a little time to look after ourselves in a holistic manner……….
