Understanding the essence of yoga and adapting it to suit us will greatly help in overcoming many of the issues that we face in our daily lives.

This workshop will focus on:
 Understanding the classical perspective on yoga for women
 The eight limbs of classical yoga
 Menstruation, pregnancy and menopause – yoga through them all
 Strength Vs Flexibility – understanding and balancing them in my personal practice
 Emotional well-being and mantras
 Enhancing and empowering women through the practices of yoga
