ABOUT –
With the move to our new studio in Wicklow Town in September 2016, we introduced Lunchtime Yoga classes on Tuesdays and Wednesdays which have been very popular all year.

We are very fortunate to have beautiful, uninterrupted views from both our studios at 5, Wentworth Place straight out over Wicklows beautiful historic Abbey Grounds.

Over the summer months, subject to our Irish weather, we will take some of our classes outside in the Abbey Grounds – just yards away from our studio. Students can enjoy the fresh air and beautiful surroundings whilst practicing yoga.

Those working and living in Wicklow Town can come along during their lunch hour and enjoy a mixed level class which can be a refreshing break in a busy day. Parents collecting children from school or summertime activities can enjoy a class beforehand.

Our 45 minute classes help to reduce stress, alleviate pain and tension in neck and lower back areas, ease out stiff joints, stretch out tight muscles, reduce fatigue and boost energy levels as well as restore balance on every level.

The beautiful & peaceful venue for our studios is within walking distance from all parts of the town. We also have free parking (limited) and ample street parking in the surrounding area. We are in close proximity to shops and cafes as well so you can grab a quick lunch on the way back to work!

These classes will run subject to numbers therefore booking is essential to Louise on 087 6032202
