ABOUT THE WORKSHOPS

Join us for an immersive weekend journey of yoga and meditation practice, led by Senior International Yoga Teacher James Higgins.

James Higgins - Wicklow Ireland

These mindful, insightful, and deeply meditative sessions engage the core of your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual being. Designed as a sanctuary for restoration and renewal, this workshop offers a full nervous system reset—lightening the load of accumulated physical, mental, energetic, and emotional stress.

Through skilful asana instruction, guided meditation, breathwork and pranayama, symbolic imagery, visualization, and periods of restorative stillness, participants cultivate resilience — the capacity to remain grounded, centered, and open-hearted in the face of life’s many current challenges. Together, these practices clarify and energize your deepest intentions, supporting a greater sense of well-being for yourself, your path, and the world around you.

Practice: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM

James Higgins is a renowned yoga and meditation teacher from the San Francisco Bay Area, offering a practice that bridges body, mind, heart, and soul. With over 29 years of teaching experience, he shares a deeply intuitive and spiritually grounded approach to Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, interwoven with meditation, somatic awareness, and emotional integration.

His classes unfold as inward journeys — unfolding slowly, intentionally, and presence-based — inviting students into profound states of self-awareness, inner stillness, and heart-centered connection.

Rooted in the wisdom of the body and the intelligence of the soul, his teaching opens pathways for healing, release, and reconnection to the deeper organizing currents of life force.
