Stephen Brandon has studied Yoga under some outstanding teachers from Sri T.Krishnamacharya’s lineage since 1999.
He studied for the Viniyoga Britain Diploma with Ranju Roy and Paul Harvey from 1999 – 2007. During this time he attended workshops & trainings with TKV Desikachar and A.G. and Indra Mohan.

Liz Richards is the founder of The Ananta Yoga Studios and a registered SYT (Senior Yoga Teacher) with Yoga Alliance Professionals UK with over 1000 training hours behind her. She has been teaching Yoga full time since 2009. She teaches Classical Yoga using the Vinyasa Krama system and Hatha Yoga principles for all levels from Beginners – Advanced students and her teaching is firmly rooted in the lineage of Krishnamacharya.

During her early working life she went to yoga classes in local gyms and really only felt the physical benefits of yoga. Life with three children was busy and Vanessa needed to find peace in her life. She found this peace in her weekly classes at The Ananta Studios on her yoga mat. Orla began attending yoga classes in the 90s and quickly discovered the benefits of a regular practice. She practiced Iyengar yoga for 3 years under the guidance of Orla Punch. This helped her a lot in the early stages of her practice where she learnt a lot about the use of props and correct alignment……..

Mark Kinghan began his journey of self enquiry and study of spiritual practices in the early 80’s with the practice of Aikido and Qi gong. He became immersed in Buddhism and completed his first Vipassana course in 1984.
Mark also commenced studies in Acupuncture in the 80’s and qualified with The Acupuncture Foundation of Ireland in 1990 continuing on to complete his Acupuncture Clinical Training in Nanjing China.

Having travelled the world and studied many spiritual traditions, Máire finally found truth in the Tao. She trained directly with Grandmaster Mantak Chia in the Tao Garden, and became the first certified Universal Healing Tao Instructor In Ireland. Máire is the founder of Universal Healing Tao Ireland and organises Mantak Chia’s visits to Dublin.

Dr Rajvinder Kaur BAMS attained her Bachelor Degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery from “Shri Krishna Government Ayurvedic College” in the state of Haryana in India. This is a six year degree course covering all aspects of Ayurvedic Medicine.
She also has a diploma in Naturopathi and Yoga science and is a qualified Yoga teacher.
