Mixed Level Vinyasa Yoga classes are tailored to meet each student where they are at in their practice & stage of life from complete beginners to advanced practitioners.

Utilising the teaching methodology of Vinyasa Krama fully allows the instructor to deliver a practice which is steady and progressive for those who are beginners or have little experience while challenging those who are more experienced with advanced variations of postures & breath work so all can reap the benefits of this intelligent approach.

Postures are practiced in a fluid and mindful way on the thread of the breath while adhering to the principles of alignment to encourage a steady and solid foundation which by extension facilitates the ability to let go of unnecessary effort.
