We are delighted to be offering a diverse schedule of IN STUDIO CLASSES & ONLINE ZOOM CLASSES so that all students can continue to practice yoga in a way that is most comfortable for them at this time. 

Please Note – Depending on current levels of government covid restrictions – In studio classes may not be able to take place. Classes will take place online via zoom if this is the case.

To join one of the Zoom classes listed in the weekly schedule below – please contact the relevant instructor with as much notice as possible to receive Zoom invitation links & payment info.

Studio class mat places are limited so prior booking with relevant instructor is essential.

Vinyasa Yoga, One to One Yoga:

Weekend Vinyasa Yoga (Mixed Level – Zoom Class)
10.00am-11.30am –  All levels welcome



This class is taught by teachers on a  rota basis and is run on a text first drop in basis each week – please text Liz on 086 8963425 by 8.45am each Saturday if you are intending to come to this class – please note that occasionally this class may run at the slightly later time of 11.30am if workshops / training with visiting teachers is taking place and teachers may vary from week to week.



One to One Yoga Classes with Liz Richards (Zoom Class)

We have expanded the schedule & added extra class times to fit in with everyone’s busy working week. There are limited spaces in studio classes but many options to take part in exclusive Zoom classes or Live Streamed Studio classes throughout the week.

We are also offering One to One & Small Group classes either In the Studio or On Zoom for those who are interested. This can be a great way to get started if you are new to yoga or if you would like to practice with friends in a small group. The option of choosing between coming into the studio or participating from the comfort of your own home in these turbulent times means that you can continue to practice regularly without disruption. These private classes can also be a really nice gift to friends or family members as birthday or Christmas presents!
