We are delighted to be offering a diverse schedule of IN STUDIO CLASSES & ONLINE ZOOM CLASSES so that all students can continue to practice yoga in a way that is most comfortable for them at this time. 

Please Note – Depending on current levels of government covid restrictions – In studio classes may not be able to take place. Classes will take place online via zoom if this is the case.

Studio class mat places are limited so prior booking with relevant instructor is essential.

IN STUDIO CLASSES & ONLINE ZOOM CLASSES so that all students can continue to practice yoga in a way that is most comfortable for them at this time. We have expanded the schedule & added extra class times to fit in with everyone’s busy working week. There are limited spaces in studio classes but many options to take part in exclusive Zoom classes or Live Streamed Studio classes throughout the week.

We are also offering One to One & Small Group classes either In the Studio or On Zoom for those who are interested. This can be a great way to get started if you are new to yoga or if you would like to practice with friends in a small group. The option of choosing between coming into the studio or participating from the comfort of your own home in these turbulent times means that you can continue to practice regularly without disruption. These private classes can also be a really nice gift to friends or family members as birthday or Christmas presents!

Please contact the relevant instructor to enquire about booking your space in both Studio & Online classes on our weekly schedule. Your instructor will give you all the necessary information you will require.

Booking Policies / Terms & Conditions

Our classes run all year round.  The majority of our classes run in structured 6, 8 or 10 week courses throughout the year  from September – June and are priced according to the length of each block with great reductions for students signing up for more than one class per week for the term.  These courses get booked up quickly and there are limited spaces on each so early booking is advisable at the start of each new term (For new term dates – contact Liz Richards 086 8963425).

Any free spaces in block classes from week to week  are offered on a first come first served, text first, drop in basis.  Drop in rate is €15 for the first class each week (Monday – Saturday) & any subsequent classes taken in the same week are at a reduced rate of €12.  Booking is advisable with the relevant instructors all year round. The instructors contact details can be found beside their class listing on the main schedule below and also on their profile page.

It is essential to text to book classes during the months of July & August in case of any changes to class schedule. Classes during July and August run on a  text first, pay as you go basis at a drop in rate of €15 per class usually on a slightly smaller timetable for the two months.  A minimum number of pre-bookings are required to run each class and often the evening classes can be very busy –  so do text to book with as much notice as possible!

We reserve the right on rare occasions to call in a fully qualified,  insured, substitute teacher to cover a class without prior notice to students. Unless a class is cancelled – classes taken by stand in teachers will count as part of prepaid blocks & no refunds or make up classes are considered.

Refunds for prepaid blocks of classes,  will not be given once the block has commenced unless the place in the class can be filled immediately – either from a studio waiting list or by the student requesting the refund & so that there is no financial loss to the studios – therefore requests for refunds will be considered on a case to case basis. The same rules apply to weekend workshops and trainings once the deposit/full fee has been paid by the set date.
