“We are delighted to be offering a diverse schedule of IN STUDIO CLASSES & ONLINE ZOOM CLASSES so that all students can continue to practice yoga in a way that is most comfortable for them at this time. We have expanded the schedule & added extra class times to fit in with everyone’s busy working week. There are limited spaces in studio classes but many options to take part in exclusive Zoom classes or Live Streamed Studio classes throughout the week.

We are also offering One to One & Small Group classes either In the Studio or On Zoom for those who are interested. This can be a great way to get started if you are new to yoga or if you would like to practice with friends in a small group. The option of choosing between coming into the studio or participating from the comfort of your own home in these turbulent times means that you can continue to practice regularly without disruption. These private classes can also be a really nice gift to friends or family members as birthday or Christmas presents!
