Three new Mindfulness Courses with Freada McGoldrick including The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program for Teachers!
We are now offering three different Mindfulness classes this Autumn in our new, beautiful and peaceful studios in Wicklow Town (further details below – just click on each course link to read full details). Our courses are led by the lovely Freada McGoldrick who is a leading facilitator of Mindfulness courses in Ireland. Freada has been running her popular classes and courses in The Ananta Yoga Studios for almost five years now and is respected and loved by all who attend her classes for her gentle, warm, sincere but lighthearted approach to the deep work she guides her students through on her courses and she herself practices daily in her own life

1. EXPLORING MINDFULNESS
This is a six week course. It is suitable for those who are curious about Mindfulness and also for those who
already have a practice they would like to keep alive and fresh.
COMMENCING: Tuesday evenings 6.30pm – 7.45pm. September 20th – October 25th.
2. MINDFULNESS BASES STRESS REDUCTION CLASSES: (MBSR)
This program comes from the Centre of Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care and Society. It is an eight week program with a one day workshop.
Developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn this program is recommended by doctors and health care professionals all over the world as a way to slow down,
and has been scientifically proven to reduce stress, anxiety, depression and a wide range of health issues.
COMMENCING: September 28th. Wednesday evenings 7.15pm – 9.45pm
3. MINDFULNESS FOR TEACHERS
This eight week program with a one day workshop is the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction with teachers in mind. There will a
certificate of attendance offered at the end of the course which is 26 hours in total.
COMMENCING: Wednesday afternoons 3.30pm – 6pm from September 28th – November 16th.
