The Ananta Yoga Studio is delighted to welcome back Ashleigh Tobin who will be running a new Natural Health Clinic commencing on Tuesday 25th March.
Ashleigh Tobin is well known to many of you and has previously run her popular courses “Time for Busy Women” and “A Life that makes your heart sing” at The Ananta Yoga Studio. We are excited that Ashleigh will be sharing her knowledge, expertise and many years of experience in the field of Alternative and Natural Health in her new Natural Health Clinic which will run each Tuesday from 12 noon onwards from 25th March by appointment in the beautiful space of The Ananta Yoga Studios, (on the N11 between Wicklow and Arklow) at The Tap, Kilbride, Co. Wicklow.
This will be of interest to many students and friends of The Ananta Yoga Studios but will be particularly helpful to her regular clients from South Wicklow and Wexford making it easier to attend for treatment due to the accessible and convenient location of our studios.
This great new clinic will further compliment the existing holistic experience available at The Ananta Yoga Studios where we offer a wide range of Yoga (including specialised Pregnancy Yoga and Yoga for Athletes) Pilates, Tai Chi & Somatic Movement classes, Mindfulness and Meditation Courses, Thai Yoga Massage, Naturopathy and Acupuncture.
Ashleigh has a wealth of experience in the Irish health sector, having spent over 20 years working in the fields of nursing, pharmaceuticals, complementary health, homoeopathy, personal development and coaching / mentoring. It is her experience across both conventional and alternative medicine that gives Ashleigh the knowledge and understanding that people have come to know and trust in her successful natural health practice based in Wicklow and surrounding areas.
The last few days have begun to give us a glimpse of Spring and the brighter, longer days ahead. It’s often at this time of year, that many of us begin to shake off our winter slumber and begin to spring clean our homes, our lives and ourselves.
