Times – 10.00am – 1.00pm each day
Fees – €45 – one session
€80 – two sessions
Please note – Fees must be paid in full by Wednesday 12th September to hold your space. Payment options will be given upon booking.
Refunds will not be given for cancellations after this date unless the workshop is cancelled by The Ananta Yoga Studios or your space can be filled by another student.

You are invited to join James Higgins for an explorative weekend of yoga and meditation practice designed to engage you from the very core of your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual centres.
Through informed asana instruction, guided meditation, yoga nidra, pranayama, imagery and visualization, psychological inspiration, and periods of restorative meditative rest, you will explore:
Moderately challenging asana sequences—within your capacity but designed with clear technique to further investigate and strengthen the thresholds of your ability to focus, engage, release, unwind, let go, enjoy, and rest in a good-hearted and concentrated way.
Periods of meditative rest to support you in taking the necessary time to absorb and assimilate the deep energetic work you will be doing and gain clarity in your life path.
Discover dormant resources of your inherent goodness through the gift of grace to lead the way through any resistances that may arise and clear any unconscious material which may be holding you back.
Soften further into love, care, friendliness, and kindness as the foundations of our spiritual and psychological work as yogis.
James Higgins has entered twenty years of teaching experience and more than twenty five years of practice. He travels internationally offering a unique appealing and challenging style of Meditative Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Practice grounded in spiritual care. With a strong emphasis on the integration of physical, mental, and emotional wellness, each of his classes holds the intention for peaceful healing and conscious evolution.
