Please note – There will be NO VINYASA YOGA CLASSES ON WEEK OF MON 8TH JULY – FRI 12TH JULY incl. Saturday 13th July – class as usual from 10.00am-11.30am (Mixed level Vinyasa Yoga – all welcome).
Vinyasa classes will finish for a two week break on Friday 16th August and will return on Monday 2nd September along with lots of exciting new classes, workshops and our new 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training Programme led by Dave Curtis of Vinyasa Yoga Dublin which commences in early October 2013. (please check class schedule on website for Autumn class timetable).

Wednesday 8.00pm – 9.30pm Vinyasa Yoga (Level 1 – 2)
Thursday 9.45am – 11.15am Vinyasa Yoga (Level 1 – 2)
Saturday 10.00am – 11.30am Vinyasa Yoga (Mixed Level – all welcome)
