Schedule of Vinyasa Yoga classes with Liz Richards at The Ananta Yoga Studio, Wicklow for the mid-term break – Monday 17th to Saturday 22nd February 2014 inclusive.
I will be running a slightly limited number of classes over the mid term break on a text first, drop in basis only. All classes are at the special mid-term rate of just €10 per class and will be mixed level – all welcome! Prepaid blocks of classes must be used up by Friday 14th February and cannot be carried forward after this date –
Details of class times for mid-term are as follows –
Monday 17th February – 8.00pm – 9.30pm
Tuesday 18th February – 9.45am – 11.15am
Wednesday 19th February – 8.00pm – 9.30pm
Thursday 20th February – 9.45am – 11.15am
Friday 21st February – 7.30pm – 9.00pm
Saturday 22nd February – 10.00am-11.30am
A new 7 week block commences on Monday 24th February 2014 when class schedule returns to normal. Bookings now being taken for the Introduction to Yoga for Beginners Course commencing on Monday 24th February 6.45-8.00pm.
