Come in out of the cold, damp weather this Autumn/Winter and join Sinead Wallace on Wednesday mornings at The Ananta Yoga Studio from 9.45-11.15am for this great new mid-week gently paced therapeutic Wicklow yoga class for everyone from beginners to advanced levels in our warm and welcoming studios.
If you suffer from stiff neck and shoulders, sore and tired legs, tight hips or tender lower back, then this series of classes is designed for you. Often Yoga can feel like it is designed to challenge your body, to shape it…. and indeed that is often what is fun about physical yoga practice.
This yoga class will take a very practical approach and is designed to ease your body into movement, to create time and space for your body to open up and relax. It will hold its own challenge for every individual body too and we explore our limitations and work to find a sense of ease in our bodies.
Suitable yoga class for any students recovering from injury or illness or who have any specific problem areas that need a little TLC! Also suitable for post-natal Mums following six week check up after normal delivery or 10 weeks check post C -Section with GP,s approval.
