Experience the sensation of awakening the three dimensional you from head to toe. This workshop will have the broader range of exploring the freedom of movement in the hips, waists, shoulders and therefore the spine with the intention of finding a deeper understanding of the connection from the head to the toe.
As always we will move with comfort, ease and awareness in this exploration, so you can find what’s new for you. Join Vanessa in the welcoming warmth of the Ananta Yoga studio, Wicklow town for this slow and gentle practice.
