ABOUT
Transformation through being instead of doing!
Restorative yoga is a very simple, deeply nourishing and therapeutic practice where you rest for some minutes in gentle stretches, completely supported by props (e.g. cushions, blankets, the wall
and the floor).

Deeply held tension in the body, heart and mind softens, as the nervous system is calmed and muscles and connective tissues (fascia) are given space to release. You will feel peaceful
and at home in yourself.

Yoga Nidra (deep meditative rest) is a guided shavasana practice, where you are brought into a subtle and expansive state of awareness, supportive of deep healing and personal transformation.
Nidra changes our brain waves, so our state of consciousness shifts into a clear, restful and expansive state of being. Nidra shines a light onto blockages and boundaries. Old habits and personality traits fall away, so that we can come home into our true selves: that pure, clear and free self that is out true and innate nature, our soul.

This work is suitable for everybody, from all levels of experience of yoga. This class is also a good option for beginners, for people with less mobility, or those who like a meditative and therapeutic
approach. It is a great way to give yourself some TLC, so if your life feels stressful, it can provide some well need time out to recharge your system, settle your mind and clear away challenging
emotions.
