Intro to Vinyasa Flow Yoga for Beginners at Ananta Wicklow

Discover the many physical and mental benefits of a regular yoga practice with our Introduction to Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes running at The Ananta Yoga Studio Wicklow each Tuesday night from 8pm-9.30pm.  These popular Wicklow yoga classes for beginners have been running  weekly for three years with Liz Richards – Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor. The  progressive, step by step approach to teaching Vinyasa Flow Yoga makes this form of yoga accessible to all ages, abilities and fitness levels.  It is an ideal beginners yoga class for men and women each discovering their strengths and weaknesses in different forms. 

The focus is on cultivating a mindful, strong and safe yoga practice through an intelligently sequenced class combining both static and dynamic classical yoga postures linked to each other on the thread of the breath.  The body is prepared and opened sensitively in the three platforms or stabalising junctions of the body with targeted warm ups and each student is encouraged to work at their own pace in a safe and non-competitive class environment.  The benefits of yoga are numerous. A regular yoga practice will increase strength, flexibility and stamina, producing a clearer, brighter mind and a sense of inner calm and peace.
