Yoga Classes for Beginners Wicklow – Autumn/Winter 2014.

YOGA CLASSES FOR BEGINNERS THIS AUTUMN/WINTER 2014 AT THE ANANTA YOGA STUDIOS, THE TAP, KILBRIDE CO. WICKLOW.

Are you looking for a practice or discipline this Autumn that will stimulate and awaken every aspect of your being as well as keeping your body fit, toned, healthy and strong?

Yoga is an ancient, well thought out, tried and tested entire science of living which, when practiced regularly and under the guidance of a well trained and experienced instructor will begin to transform every aspect of your life from as early on as the very first class. Contrary to many beliefs – it is not necessary to be fit and flexible to start yoga. All that is required is an open mind and a desire to change something in your life for the better.

Liz Richards has been running her popular Yoga for Beginners classes for the past five years in the beautiful space of The Ananta Yoga Studios conveniently located on the N11 between Wicklow and Arklow at The Tap, Kilbride, Co. Wicklow and has over 5000 hours teaching experience behind her.

Beginners class times are as follows from 1st September – 8 weeks just €100!

Mondays – 6.45pm – 8.00pm

Tuesdays – 10.00am – 11.30am

Fridays – 10.00am – 11.30am

Fridays – 7.30pm – 9.00pm   (This class has a sports focus & is geared specifically to cater for students who are involved in other regular fitness or sporting activities but who are at beginners or improvers level in their yoga practice).

Saturdays – 10.00am-11.30am (Mixed level class & suitable for beginners)

GUIDLINES –

It is recommended to try if possible to attend the same class time each week and commit to a full block of classes in order to experience the cumulative effects of a regular and well structured course – however we realise that this may not always be possible and so if you miss your regular class you can make it up by taking another class of a similar level any time that suits within the block period.

You can join in any time as our beginners level classes will follow the same basic sequence with some variations for the duration of the block. The price of the block will be adjusted accordingly if it does not suit to begin on week of September 1st.

If you would like to experience a taste of what this form of yoga is about and the benefits it has to offer before committing to a block – there are still some spaces available in my Introduction to Yoga for Beginners Workshop this Saturday 30th August 10am-12.30pm.  See https://www.anantayogastudio.com/index.php/an-introduction-to-yoga-for-beginners-workshop-with-liz-richards-saturday-30th-august-10-00-11-30am/
