A six week Mindfulness Programme

This newly structured & upgraded programme is a fantastic way to bring practical, everyday Mindfulness into your life straight away.
What’s makes this programme special is that it is tailored to suit you.
This programme will take into account your lifestyle and provide you with manageable skills, techniques and practices to assist your journey to a more mindful way of living.
Mindful Listening, Mindful Eating, Mindful Movement, Mindful Communication and more are explored, experienced and integrated over the six weeks.
When: Thursday evenings from 9th May – 13th June incl
Where: The Ananta Yoga Studio, 5, Wentworth Place, Wicklow
Time: 8.00 – 9.30pm
(to include audio meditations and course handouts)
