Vinyasa Yoga Classes in Wicklow Town – New Term from 24th February!

Enrolling now for the new block following mid term break.

Classes for all levels from the complete beginner to advanced practitioners!

New 7 week block of classes from Monday 24th February with qualified & experienced instructors in our beautiful studios in the heart of Wicklow Town.

Please contact the relevant instructor to reserve a space in your chosen class – See below for schedule of Vinyasa Yoga classes and contact details for bookings.

Fees are as follows for 7 weeks.

  • €15 Drop in
  • €90 -1 class per week (7 classes)
  • €170 – 2 classes per week (14 classes)
  • €10 – Drop in for 7am and lunch time classes or €9 if either of these are a second/third class in same week

Priority for spaces in all our classes is given to students enrolling for the full block. Early booking advisable!

Our classes are taught using a step by step teaching methodology known as Vinyasa Krama – and are made accessible to everyone through intelligent sequencing and a progressive approach to the practice. Modifications and variations are used if necessary.

We are committed to respecting and teaching the ancient traditions & authentic practices of yoga as a science, philosophy and a complete holistic health system. Our teaching is firmly rooted in the lineage of Krishnamacharya and honours the natural transitions of students through the three stages of life & adaptation of the practice accordingly.
